Consultation
A consultation allows iTransform Homes to obtain a better idea of the space I am working with.
It gives me the chance to discuss and develop an individual tailored approach to your home staging.
I am a fresh pair of eyes for you and have the professional expertise to pinpoint how best to market your property.
Full home staging
iTransform Homes Full staging sells houses. If your house is empty and unfurnished, staging with furniture and accessories is vital. It’s common knowledge that buyers react more positively to furnished property.
While many external factors play into what a home is worth and how much potential buyers are willing to pay for it, staging your property is the extra step you can take to sell it more quickly and for a higher value. Through fantastic photos, a home professionally staged helps buyers to connect emotionally with your home.
Partial home staging
You may not need full staging. With partial staging iTransform Homes add furniture as required, plus décor and accessories to enhance the furnishings you already own.
Successful home staging isn’t about filling your home with “stuff”. It’s about creating a feeling of being at home. I can help you figure out what should stay and what’s missing to make this happen.
Decluttering
iTransform Homes will help guide you to eliminate clutter and reinvent every room in your home.
This will produce top-notch photos for your marketing plan and during open homes, allowing buyers to better envision themselves living in the home.
An added bonus of this process, is that you will begin the necessary emotional detachment required as you pack up your personal belongings. It will allow you to become excited about the move to your new home and lifestyle.
iTransform Homes Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
At iTransform Homes, I’m asked a lot of questions about staging and how I work. See below for some of my most common questions and responses, but please feel free to call and ask more.

How long does it take to stage my home?
Most homes can be staged in a single day. Smaller homes and townhouses may only take a few hours, while larger family homes can take most of the day. Our team arrives with everything needed and transforms the property room by room, ready for photography and open homes.
When should I book my staging?
The earlier, the better. Ideally, we like to be involved once you know your property is heading to market. This gives us time to complete a site visit, plan furniture layouts, and reserve stock. During busy periods we can often work within tight timeframes, but advance notice always helps.
Does my home need to be empty before staging?
Not always. We offer both vacant home staging and partial staging. For vacant properties, we bring in everything required to create a warm, inviting home. If you're still living in the property, we can often work with existing furniture and add key pieces to enhance presentation.
For the best result, we recommend the home is clean, complete, and free of trades before installation day.
How does the staging process work?
We start with a site visit or review of plans and photos to understand the home and the likely buyer. From there, we create a staging plan, select furniture and accessories from our warehouse, and schedule installation.
On staging day, our team delivers, installs, styles, and completes the home. Once the property is sold or the campaign finishes, we return and remove everything.
Simple, stress-free, and designed to help buyers connect with the home.
Do I need to be at the property during installation?
No. As long as we have access to the property via a key, lockbox, or agent, our team can complete the installation without you being present.
Many of our clients are builders, developers, or homeowners juggling busy schedules, so we make the process as easy as possible.
What happens when the property sells?
Firstly - congratulations!
Once the property is sold, simply let us know. We generally require around 5 working days' notice to arrange pack-down and collection. If settlement is sooner, we'll always do our best to accommodate your timeframe.
Our standard staging campaign includes 6 weeks, with extensions available if needed.
